Pocket Knife World will be offering a Consignment Shop.

Terms and Conditions:
Here you will be able to list a knife and or knives and knife related items, depending on how many you have, up for sale on the PKW website/store for a small fee.

Fees:
A small one time handling & listing fee of  $5.00 per item is all you have to pay. There is a limit of 10 items per person. If you have more than 10 items it may be possible to list them but, we will need to discuss how many more items you would like to list. All you will need to do is to contact me by email or phone to discuss this. Contact information can be found under the "Contact Information" below. All Fees have to be paid for in advance before an item and or items will be listed. Also at this time you will need to provide me with your contact information so I will be able to notify you once your item or items have been sold. Any and all information provided to PKW will be strictly confidential.

Contact Information For Consignee:
You  will need to provide PKW with at least one working email address that is checked on a daily basis. This email address will be verified by PKW before an item and or items will be listed. You may also provide us with a working phone number if you like. This information will only be used by PKW to contact you with any information as to the selling of your item or items. Again we would like to enforce, that any and all information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Your information will be strictly confidential.

Consignment Fee Refund:
The consignment fee i.e. (listing & handling fee) is non-refundable once an item and or items have been listed on the website/store, unless you cancel before I have listed the item or items.

Listings:
I will list your item on my store exactly as I do my own items, except that they will be differentiated as a consignment item.

Listing Price:
Please include the shipping and handling cost in the total price of your item. (See Responsibilities)

Your Responsibilities:
(1) Your most important responsibility once an item has been listed, is that it may only be purchased through the website/store. If not, and you wish to sell your item to a friend or to whom ever, please be sure that you have contacted me first, so that I may remove the item from the website as to not have the same item sold twice. (Not doing this first will cause BIG Problems)
(2) You will be responsible for providing me with a picture and description of any item you want to have listed.
(3) You will also need to decide on the method of payment which you would prefer and add this into the description of the item. (See Payment Info.)
(4) You will be responsible for the accountability as to the information that you have given in your description of the item and or items you wish to have listed.
(5) You will also be responsible for the Shipping of your own item or items, since I will not have the item myself.

Amount Of Time For Listing:
As for the amount of time for a listing, it will be determined by and agreed upon by you and myself as for the time of the listing. The amount of space on the server available to me is that which I have paid for and is limited. I would hope you know and understand this. I don't foresee any problems as for listing times. I do however hope you also understand that items can not be left up indefinitely. If I do however, see that I get enough requests for consignment items and this does not become too much for me to handle without having to hire extra help, I would be able to purchase more server space to fill my needs.

Payment Info. After an Item and or Items Sells:
You will be contacted by email or phone, notifying you that your item has been sold. You should contact me as soon as possible to expedite the finalizing of the sale so as not to keep the customer waiting.

PayPal:
If payment is made through PayPal, you will be responsible for any PayPal fee charged to PKW. As you know, PayPal charges a fee for using PayPal and that fee will be listed on the invoice from PayPal once the transaction is complete (a copy of the invoice will be emailed to you at the time of sale). Said fee, will be deducted from PKW's payment to you.

M.O. & Cashier's Checks:
If payment is to be made by Money Order or Cashier's Check, I will furnish the Buyer with mailing information to send payment directly to you. Again, you will be responsible for shipping the item.

BY LISTING YOUR ITEM AND OR ITEMS TO BE SOLD ON PKW, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RELEASING CPKW FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FROM INCORRECT INFORMATION LISTED WITH YOUR ITEM AND OR ITEMS. PKW HAS THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
